Bromeliad Guzmania is a gorgeous epiphyte plant, ideal for well-lit bedrooms, living rooms, and sunrooms. This popular bromeliad variety boasts long, slender evergreen leaves and a single brilliant inflorescence of tongue-like petals. The blooms come in deep red, maroon, orange, pink, yellow, or a combination of these vibrant hues. Bromeliad flowers can last 3 to 6 months but the plant typically blooms only once in a lifetime.

Fun Fact: The Guzmania genus is named after Anastasio Guzman, a Spanish pharmacist and naturalist who died in 1807.
