Every order is carefully packed in secure, sustainable packaging to ensure your plant arrives just as vibrant as it left.

We know live plants are sensitive to transit conditions, weather, and handling by third-party shippers. That’s why we offer our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee—to ensure your plant journey starts off right.


What is the 30-Day Happiness Guarantee?

We guarantee that you’ll receive a thriving, healthy plant from us. If your plant arrives damaged, unhealthy, or not as expected, we’ll send you a replacement within 30 days of your order date. If the exact item is unavailable, we’ll work with you to provide a comparable alternative that you’ll love.


My plant arrived damaged—what should I do?

If your plant has arrived in poor condition—wilted, damaged, or otherwise not looking its best—here’s what to do:

  1. Take clear photos of both the plant and the box it arrived in.

  2. Send the photos with a message to our support team within 30 days of delivery at support@naturenovas.com.

We’ll review your case and work quickly to resolve it.


My order hasn’t arrived—what now?

If your plant hasn’t arrived within 5 days of the expected delivery date:

  1. Check your shipping confirmation email and track your order.

  2. If there’s no update, please contact us via our contact form or email us at support@naturenovas.com.

Note: If delivery issues are caused by incorrect address details provided at checkout, we’re unable to issue a refund.


Can I get a refund?

Our first priority is to replace any unsatisfactory plant. However, we understand each situation is unique. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the issue.


Can I return my plant?

Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we cannot accept returns. That said, we’re always happy to guide you on how to revive a struggling plant—or, if necessary, how to responsibly dispose of it.


What should I do with a damaged plant?

If your plant cannot be revived, we recommend composting it or using your local green waste disposal service. It’s a small way to give back to the earth.
