📦 Keeping Your Plant Safe
We’ve designed our packaging with love and care to make sure your plant arrives safe, secure, and ready to grow. Here’s how we do it:
-
Dirt bag wrapping – We secure the soil with a protective bag to prevent any mess during shipping.
-
Leaf protection – Your plant is sleeved (when needed) to protect its beautiful foliage.
-
Custom insert – Each plant is placed in a sturdy insert that keeps it snug during transit.
-
Sealed & shipped – Finally, we tape it up tight and send it on its journey to you!

Where and how do you ship?
We ship across the continental United States using trusted carriers. All orders are carefully packed at our greenhouse or nursery partners and sent directly to your door.

Nope! Our packaging is designed to keep your plant safe until you’re home. Just be sure to bring it inside shortly after delivery—especially in extreme temperatures.
What are your shipping rates?
We offer free shipping on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 will have a flat shipping fee, calculated at checkout based on location and delivery speed.
When will I get my package?
Most orders are processed within 2–3 business days, and delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order ships.
